Meet Jess Summersgill, a Development Manager at CCS Media. Jess, a BAME Apprenticeship Award finalist, is currently taking on the CMI accredited Team Leader Level 3 Apprenticeship. For Jess, being an apprentice has proven to be life-changing. Offering an opportunity to work towards a qualification while gaining real industry experience and making a salary.
