Mercuri International UK Ltd is pleased to announce that it is an approved Chartered Management Institute (CMI) centre. CMI is the only chartered awarding organization of Management and Leadership qualifications.
Two CMI Leadership Apprenticeships
Mercuri is offering two CMI Apprenticeships, delivered via remote learning: The Team Leader Level 3 and Operations Manager Level 5. These apprenticeship programmes provide fantastic learning and development opportunities for aspiring and more experienced managers, respectively. Both programmes can be accessed via the Apprenticeship Levy or through a co-investment model.
Learners will gain a management qualification and professional accreditation as well as access to an all-encompassing range of learning content and excellent networking opportunities.
Qualification levels
Team Leader Level 3
The Level 3 Team Leader is designed for aspiring, supervisory or first line managers. If you are about to step into a management role the Team leader apprenticeship is an excellent way to kick start your management career.
Operations Manager Level 5
For more experienced managers, the Level 5 Operations Manager is a more appropriate learning programme. The focus is on developing more strategic management skills such as; leading and managing teams, change management, financial and resource management.
