A blended approach to learning not only supports and engages different learner styles it also supports remote working. Throughout their apprenticeship programme Mercuri apprentices will have access to thousands of articles and content via the CMI management direct platform.
Typical candidates
Team Leader Level 3
The qualification is suitable for experienced and newly appointed first line Managers, Supervisors, Team Leaders, Shift Supervisors and Shift Managers.
Operations Manager Level 5
The qualification is suitable for middle Managers, Operations Managers, Regional Managers, Divisional Managers, Store Managers, Heads of Department and a variety of specialist managers. This qualification is designed to lift experienced managers to the next level of capability and role readiness. It adopts a holistic view to leadership and the contribution of a leader to their teams and organization.
Entry Requirements
Apprenticeships are open to a wide range of people, giving both learners and employers a range of course options and qualification levels. This offers freedom of choice to select the right option for their apprentices as long as some basic criteria is met.
An eligible person must be; A citizen within the European Economic Area (EEA) or have the right of abode in the UK, and have been ordinarily resident in the EEA for at least the previous three years on the first day of learning. A non-EEA citizen with permission from the UK govt to live in the UK, (not for educational purposes) and ordinarily resident in the UK for at least the previous three years before the start of learning.
