Paragon Training, based in Luton, is offering an opportunity for a personable, motivated sales executive apprentice in the early stages of their career. Attitude and aptitude are more important than academic attainment and lack of experience need not be a barrier. The successful applicant will need to demonstrate an understanding of the skills and behaviours needed to succeed in sales and will be supported in their development by the Managing Director.
A sales career with Paragon Training
As a Sales Apprentice you will gain valuable experience learning on the job whilst working alongside the team at Paragon. You will complete the Level 4 Sales qualification supported through a structured in house development programme and a range of classroom based workshops and virtual learning with Mercuri. This will help ensure you attain the relevant skills, knowledge and behaviours required to achieve your apprenticeship.
