Professional development
The Mercuri Level 4 Sales Apprenticeship is a higher apprenticeship, it is the equivalent of the first year of a bachelors programme or HNC (Higher National Certificate).

Mercuri’s Sales Executive Level 4 has relevance across a range of job roles and market sectors.
Our apprentices come from all different backgrounds. Typical job roles include, Sales Consultant, Sales Executive, Sales Specialist, Sales Advisor, Sales Representative, Business Development Executive, Field Sales Executive, Graduate commercial engineers, Experienced sales professionals and new Account Managers. (This list is not exhaustive).
Engineering, Logistics, Construction, Services, Pharmaceutical and the Automotive are just some of the sector’s we support.
Entry Requirements
Apprenticeships are open to a wide range of people, giving both learners and employers a range of course options and qualification levels. This offers freedom of choice to select the right option for their apprentices as long as some basic criteria is met.
An eligible person must be; A citizen within the European Economic Area (EEA) or have the right of abode in the UK, and have been ordinarily resident in the EEA for at least the previous three years on the first day of learning. A non-EEA citizen with permission from the UK govt to live in the UK, (not for educational purposes) and ordinarily resident in the UK for at least the previous three years before the start of learning.
Programme Overview
The Sales Apprenticeship Level 4 standard usually takes between 15-18 months to complete and will enable learners who are responsible for winning, growing and retaining customers to work efficiently and effectively. Your dedicated Learning and Development Coach will familiarize themselves with your organization and its culture to ensure we deliver a apprenticeship programme that’s relevant to your business and creates impact. Starting with Induction your Sales Apprentices will complete 10 blended learning modules, which include a combination of business critical and sales competencies. The modular design of this programme allows individual learning and flexibility.
