“Having had the opportunity to work with Charlotte over the last 12 months I am incredibly proud with how much she has grown in confidence and competence during this period. It has also been fantastic to see Charlotte’s efforts recognised by her manager as she is now taking on additional responsibilities within the team.”

Working with customers and prospects
Coming from a non-sales background Charlotte was understandbly nervous before starting her sales apprenticeship, but doing the apprenticeship has really helped her confidence as well as developing her sales competence. From understanding sales planning and customer behaviour, to developing relationships and building rapport with prospects, the learning is significantly impacting upon her, both professionally and personally.
It is so satisfying to hear from the latest generation of sale professionals, how they are rising to the challenges of the current situation. Positive attitude and focused application are a winning combination. Charlotte has both and her success is a wonderful example for others.
